Support is the foundation of the "IQT Survey System"TM.  We define support as ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and communications to insure that you realize maximum returns from your investment.  As technology continues to develop and evolve, IQT  remains vigilant to adopt any methods or equipment that can improve the "IQT Survey System"TM.  We not only listen to the feedback from our clients, but use the system on a daily basis in our service department.  As the largest user of the system, we draw from an extensive knowledge base. This unique position allows us to better understand issues and address concerns.  Every system includes 13 months of the following support:

  • Software Maintenance, including all new Version Upgrades and Enhancements

  • Unlimited Technical Support (E-Mail, Telefax, Telephone)

  • Value-Added Communications such as Third Party Product Offerings and News Bulletins by our Original Equipment Manufacturer Partners

  • Procedure and Methodology Improvements and Suggestions

  • Annual support contracts are available after the original 13-month support period has expired.  We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this offering.
